But not their ability to have supreme healthcare.
You do realize, insurance is a legal pyramid scheme.
The only place a pyramid scheme is allowed in the USA.

They won't even see it coming. I once compared unseen consequences to Columbus and the Indians. My son very aptly said that it would be like frogs in a foundation totally unaware that the concrete was coming.

But don't worry, Trump is going to come up with his " big beautiful healthcare plan, that costs pennies", as soon as he finishes building his wall !

Better figure out how Trump will add a tax on your healthcare...... Or everything proposed, is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
It is a 10th Amendment issue, until it is taxed at the federal level.

God bless compulsory charity and expropriation of surplus on behalf of those in need, minus a hefty cut for the management!
What could be wrong with slavery and theft by government for resources to expend in a horrid medical care system that government created, by criminalizing the unlicensed trade in care, and then granting gamblers (underwriters) the privilege to skim millions from the sick.
Who would want the pre-socialist system run by religious zealots who worked for practically nothing? Can't get rich in that system.

If it stands, then many people on Federal disability should be concerned. They will then need to obtain private health insurance.

Of course, either their application for insurance will be outright denied based on pre-existing conditions (namely, those the person had while collecting disability), or the premiums will be very, very high, with the policy specifically not covering those pre-existing conditions.

Being a supporter of Mr. Trump will not exempt one from this happening.

Some commentators have opined that the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals will uphold this ruling from a Federal District Court. I am not so sure, having practiced law in said circuit all of my legal life. When it comes to disability and health issues (issues in my wheelhouse) the Court has been surprisingly liberal over the years.
As stated previously.....it WON'T.

Where is the tax it is based upon?
The entire reason it was Constitutional, is long gone. The TAX.
Now it once again, is a 10th amendment issue.

They used the very consenting rulings from the Supreme Court, against itself, once the mandatory TAX was gone.

They should refund everyone for every dime. I had to work under the table the last 4 years thanks to that worthless Roberts.

Obviously you don't get it. See post 157. Maybe then you actually will.

But after reading your nonsense here on C-D, I highly doubt you're capable of it.

This issue is too important, and it's a disgrace to so many partisans agitate for freedom from healthcare. Obamacare is flawed - but without an adequate replacement (here's a clue: the only good alternative is universal healthcare), it is absolutely inane to dismantle it.
Fake news.
