So wrong--you assume Trump had no help beyond his own campaign team which is what he wanted people to think during the campaign but.....
We know now that he had the National Enquirer working hand in glove with his campaign
They were printing stories aimed to take out Trump's opponents all during the primaries and the HRC campaign.
EVERY week during his run against Clinton the NE ran a story that tried to eviscerate HRC...
I din't buy any but going through the check out line at WalMart or Kroger I would see the headlines and usually a ghastly photo
National Enquirer ran the story about Ted Cruz's father being part of the Kennedy Assination--
Who benefitted from that but Trump
It is all going to come out with the Election campaign violation that started with the payoffs to Daniels and McDougal that David pecker helped pay for...
EVERY cover story that hit out at Trump's opponents was a campaign donation in-kind---in good or service vs direct money contribution...and it was worth millions--
All undeclared as such and thus illegal...

And David Pecker has made a deal with SDNY
Not only that but Trump got help from the Russians and Cambridge Analytica with its computer micro targeting
There is no way that a nothing computer dweeb like Brad Parscal was the sophisticated analytic guy he took credit for
They stole the election
They just didn't know if what they were doing w/Russian troll farms and CA/Robert Mercer's help would be enough to actually win---
But it was..
MAYBE Trump didn't even believe it would be enough but he did it to make some extra cash and because he thought it would help get his internet radio show off to a strong start...
But yes--he had help...
He had a lot of help he doesn't want to talk about
Like the millions from the NRA that likely came from illegal Russian donations...
And a good bit of all donations Trump likely pocketed by running false charges through his campaign and Trump co for campaign events, travel vouchers, hotel rooms that were never actually used but were claimed as expenses
