Hey, I'm all for e-verify....it's not mandatory though.......why did the previous president's make it mandatory?
It's a state thing. Ask the Bush Family, Kochs, Rick Perry or Abbot in Texas. Ask Rich Scott in Florida. They could do it in a NY Minute.
Remember, Conservatives don't like Big Brother. What can be done by the states should be done by the states. Why would the Feds tell Texas what to do...when Texas claims they are the biggest, baddest and best?
Try as you may you cannot come up with a reason as to why Texas and Florida, together the home of over 2 million illegals, won't check even basic records before hiring.

I think an equally reasonable thing to point out is that neither California nor New York require E-Verify, either. You’d think that liberal states would lead by example, but they don’t.
Unbelievable! Trump has given sadism and sociopathy a platform.
It really has, mine fields are not used as a deterrence they are specifically there to kill people. This is psychopathy in the most basic sense.
