Have you forgotten that he asked for a specific amount of money?
Where did that amount come from?
What was it based on?
I am willing to accept that he pulled the number out of his nether regions, but those who claim that he's serious about building this monument to himself have to admit that he had something in mind when stating that figure.
So what all does it entail?
Why that number?
can't rep you,but that has been my question too!
some guesses are:
these are the numbers he owes to putin or a russian banker
gold letters for his name are getting more expensive
some of his mafia contacts (rusSian or italian )are pressuring him for what is owed
there is an unknown line of people impatiently awaiting to be paid off for"favors "
He confers with Border Enforcement and associated Law Enforcement. Who do you take advice from?
Trump doesn't confer with anyone. It is well known that he refuses to take advice from advisers or read reports. Everything he spouts comes from watching TV.
"Hispanics are coming into the country legally, working hard, becoming American Citizens and voting DEMOCRAT! Even worse, some of them are marrying white American citizens!!!! We have to build a wall to stop them!!!"
So I want Trump to explain how the wall would have stopped the illegal workers from Costa Rica that worked in his golf clubs? Why weren't these people fired in 2016 when Trump was running on build that wall? Why were they only fired after the "fake news" reported on it? Why is Don Jr. talking to WaPo about it? Fake news? Really? How many illegals are working in Trump's hotels? Ever wonder why his businesses looked the other way with these illegal hires and why Trump didn't tell them to clean house until after they were caught?
What's the bottom line here? A wall that doesn't cover the entire border thus giving the Rio Grande to Mexico will be an effective deterrent? Or, eliminating the magnate that draws people here from all countries to work would be a better deterrent? No brainer right? So if we eliminate the jobs we eliminate the need for people to come here illegally to work. Here's the bottom line. Politicians don't want to eliminate the jobs because big business wants the cheap labor and politicians want big business donor money. How is wasting billions of dollars on yet another section of wall going to stop that? Why do we have a president that's part of the problem? How much do you want to bet that he will offer pay and hours that no one will want to work at his clubs and import more workers to do it. That loop hole needs to be closed. What we have is an internal problem that encourages illegals to come, and until that changes? The wall will be just a simple minded ineffective solution to a complex problem and a waste of tax payer dollars. Stealing land and hurting American's for hateful reasons is not the answer.

No he won't.
If tRump is able to wrangle some funding for extensions of the 2006 border fence, will he stop lying and then refer to it as "Obama's Barrier?"
After all, it was begun at the end of Dubya's term and most of the 650+ miles were erected during Obama's term.

So, it's his fault they used falsified documentation....
As if knowing the details would suddenly make those irrationally opposed to a wall hunky dory with it.....
