Sorry but I don't see her allowing the speech to go forward for 3 week reprieve. If she gave that up for a three week reprieve she is a sucker.
I'm only speculating here but I'm going to take a wild guess this is already a done deal and they only need to work out the details over the coming 3 weeks. Trump will get something, it won't be the full request but he will get something.
He will get what was in the original bill for border security but he won’t get funding for the wall.

We're calling Trump a loser, which he is. He got spanked by Nancy Pelosi and he caved, getting absolutely nothing for his 35 days of needless pain. So yeah, he looks pretty weak to me.
