I don't think that this shutdown, or strike as Donald calls it (which is actually more accurate), is really about the wall at all. I think Donald wants to keep the government shut because he's trying to avoid the Democrats in Congress. He knows he's going to get investigations. He knows he can't get his way any more. He doesn't want to deal with what's waiting for him.
I don't think this has anything to do with a wall, besides the wall he's hiding behind like a little coward.

His attorneys have already asked for postponements on several legal issues due to the shutdown.
Many people aren't aware, but right now there is a huge problem with contaminants in some generic drugs that are widely used. The conatminants are well known carcinogens, and it is due to the fact that industry from all across the globe changed the way that they manufacture the ingredients that are used to make the final drug product. The only people who caught it and are doing anything about it is the FDA. Private industry sure as heck wouldn't bother to look for the problem, because they're the ones who caused it in the first place. People could literally die or get serious medical complications if these shenanigans go on for long. Inspections for food and drug have already been suspended.

This forum has thread after thread denigrating Trump and millions of his supporters. If the lib-tards can't take it then they need to stop dishing it out.
TSA screening has noting to do with being a veteran. As a 100% disabled combat veteran I find the pearl clutching about being a veteran and injecting it into issues like some kind of sympathy card dishonorable on the merits. Nowhere in the contract veterans made with the gov. did it say they were entitled to a lifetime benefit of TSA screening. You are not the only veteran on the forum so stop acting like you are more important than the others. You are not.
National security begins at the border and all American airports within the border will be safer when people support secure borders just as they would for all people boarding a flight.

Personally I'd rather see technological advances to thwart illegal border crossings. I've read enough news articles about coyotes tunneling under walls and fences to make me a firm skeptic of a wall.

We tried that high tech stuff years ago and it failed so it was scrapped. The good walls can't be tunneled under successfully. It's not only the drug cartels that we want stopped but those seeking to come here to take jobs, taxes and resources from Americans. Most aren't going to be tunneling under our good walls nor scaling them. The last one who attempted that broke both legs trying.
Don't worry the perverts that spend an hour strip searching granny in a wheelchair will still show up. Its their dream job and they were doing it for free until they found out the TSA would pay them to do it.
