Hey, just curious but did you see my post where I explained profit margins and how they work with tax cuts?
I even gave you an example.

I think there was a huge learning opportunity there given you thought there would be huge price cuts to consumers when in reality it's only a cut on the profit margin which is typically pretty small. It's back several pages but you can surely find it.

Congrats.
Could you please point me to your previous posts where you were so concerned about the debt when Obama ran it from $9 to $18T?

I'll wait here.

I'm not distracted. But why let an erroneous and bigoted stereotype stand? Why not just use the facts? We know the facts; they're not a mystery.

Not really. Because I don't go all over message boards trying to spin like you do.

Has delusion they know what Trump voters are thinking. Tell us this as fact.
With the personal exemption eliminated, those with children will be screwed big time. You call them deranged. Interesting.

In 2017, a family of four would have enjoyed a personal exemption of $16,200 ($4,050 x 4) and a standard deduction of $12,700, totaling a combined deduction of $28,900.
But in 2018, they can no longer claim the personal deduction, and their standard deduction is $24,000, or lower than the deduction they enjoyed in 2017.

So people like Trump and his billionaire peers and those folks that really needed it because of course they pay more tax or so the logic goes...

And this is what you get. The selection was slim in Cook County - could only find six homes in the relative range.

Las Olas

THAT really smarts.
Coral Ridge and Las Olas are two different areas. Either way, you seem to be missing he point.

No, they got screwed the most in their high tax blue states by the new SALT (State and Local Taxes) deduction limit.

Yes I agree, we all knew it was a red herring.

Also, dogs are better than cats.

The point seems to fly over your head. The value of the home plays a big part in the dollar amount you pay in property tax, and how the value compares to your neighbors is 100% irrelevant.

It is not a blue State vs red State issue, because if you own an expensive home in ANY State, you will be hit with more taxes because of the new tax law.
