Donald Trump just said that "many generals" have told him the wall is more important than any other projects those DoD funds were going to be allocated towards.
I'd love to be able to fact-check him on that. Trump lies so often about "the generals" because disciplined military officers will not come out and tell America that Trump is lying, because military leaders don't get involved in politics.
Trump takes advantage of that and lies about what generals say or don't say all the time.
Well, he likes his totalitarian regimes, we knew that.
Ah well. Blatant abuse of the Emergency Powers Act to do an end-run around Congress - that's how republics die. Stop him now, or be ruled by fiat.

I'm starting to doubt it. He's not a 'disrupter' he's just obnoxious and dumb as a brick, does not read briefings, so therefore has no real idea what is going on--he only knows what Hannity and Ivanka tell him. He is clueless.
