The Democrats must of thought liberal voters are dumb... They sent a bill which would not pass but even then would not vote Yes on it for fear of being called stupid so they voted Present which essentially means they didn't even believe the BS that they wrote and hope voters don't notice... I guess we will find out if liberal voters are truly that stupid...

There was no debate, no experts and do tell what they were actually voting on, were there any specifics. Maybe you can tell me what the republicans were actually voting on.
I'm hoping McConnell will allow a vote to make the Mueller report available, but he seems to choose his spots like avoiding a vote on a supreme court judge.

There was no bill, no details, nothing. The whole thing only shows how low DC has sunk.
There was a resolution/resolve, Yes. It talked about things like "Congress will be working with the farming industry to come up with solutions..." Nothing that Republicans would want to hear or allow to be discussed.
But Republicans are never punished for their shenanigans. Even the Tea-Party folded like a cheap ****.
It is important to look at the details.
Public hearings and expert testimony are direly required.

The democrats wanted a hearing and a debate on green energy, this was just McConnell playing games.
McConnell and the GOP are still in denial, it would have been nice to have a serious discussion since the rest of the world is in agreement of the threat. The democrats are in fact interested in addressing climate change but they made this into a charade.
So like with 90s Republican Obamacare, the current Republicans will only delay and cripple it, how "patriotic" and "completely unexpected."
