It does not even make sense.

They are complaining about it going to vote, well, duh, that is what legislation, resolutions, etc are for. If she had zero intention of it being voted on, then she should not have brought it out like this.

This would seem to throw dirt on the perception some folks try to insist that she is the "new face" of the Democrat Party. They'll find a way to say otherwise though
