Regarding collusion/conspiracy. There was no clear contract or agreement. So it would not have been reasonable to charge. Regarding the Trump Tower meeting with Trump Jr, basically he said the guy was ignorant of the law, which negligence is an acceptable defense in this type of case.

He's the only person in the room right now that has a shred of credibility and he threw Barr under the bus today with his letter, which says something ain't right.
