You mean the prosecutor that was assigned after the original one was removed...after Biden gave Ukraine a bribe funded by US taxpayers? That "prosecutor"?

Who? Who is “they”? The Salvation Army or the cast of “Friends”? Trump keeps saying “they”. Doesn’t he realize HE is They?
If trump really wanted to investigate Biden and company, all he had to do is turn to his intelligence community, and not turn to a country that he himself said is corrupt. Why would you ask for a corrupt country to investigate Americans?

A Trumpist scam is all this is to distract from Trump's crimes.
There are no Trump "crimes". Not even an allegation of one. As for the Bidens . . . .

This prosecutor -- was he the one Biden paid the government a billion dollars to hire?

That's an absurd way of framing this. These are things that happened in Ukraine. It should be obvious why they would do the investigation.

Joe Biden had a lucrative book deal.

Per Fox Business--
"Biden's three newly available tax returns show his family income jumped from $400,000 in 2016 to $11 million in 2017 as a result of his book deal."

That's some mighty bluster, Mr. T.
OK, I did miss the book deal, and I'm an avid reader of DC memoirs. I'm guessing Joe Biden's book was a real dud to have passed under my radar.

You're still ignoring the main topic (per the thread title) of Hunter.

However, that prosecutor was not investigating the company Hunter was involved with. The idea he was came from Russian media last April. Apparently Trump believed this fake news from Russia was real and here we are watching formerly smart people (conservatives) turning into absolute idiots defending disinformation from Russia (again)

Don't we need special investigators and at least two years to dig up dirt on all involved? We must, that is the standard these days.

Oh, and of course the investigative team must be heavily staffed with outspoken critics of the person being investigated, just to ensure it's thorough.
There is no Biden corruption scheme. This prosecutor was not investigating that company. You and Trump fell for a ploy. Notice no Republicans in congress are saying Biden did anything wrong...

Two years after leaving office, Joe Biden couldn’t resist the temptation last year to brag to an audience of foreign policy specialists about the time as vice president that he strong-armed Ukraine into firing its top prosecutor.
event, insisting that President Obama was in on the threat.

You are correct, there are idiots defending disinformation....

There's just one small problem with your claim.

The Ukrainian prosecutor said in a sworn affidavit that he was in fact investigating the company Hunter Biden was working for. The prosecutor also said that was the reason he was forced to resign, against his will.

The sworn affidavit is here, read it for yourself.
