McConnell, Graham are worthless. Spying, wiretaps, politicize the intelligence agencies, using surveillance and tools of the state against trump.Yet Senate does nothing.

If Don Trump jr. took a 600,000 job with no experience in Ukraine or russia he would be before a committee and on the news 24/7

I think some are finally catching on to what a farce this entire operation is.

In 1998 the US signed a treaty with Ukraine providing that both nations would provide mutual assistance investigating crimes.

Pursuant to this treaty, President Trump was well within his right to seek assistance from Ukraine in investigating crimes of Joe and Hunter Biden.

President Trump was right to tell the Ukrainian leader that the Attorney General would be in touch with him. The Attorney General is our nation’s top law enforcement officer. The President did absolutely nothing wrong!

The treaty is not a lie. Big dawg Bill Clinton signed it.

U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE
79-118 WASHINGTON : 1999

LETTER OF TRANSMITTAL

----------

The White House, November 10, 1999.

To the Senate of the United States:

With a view to receiving the advice and consent of the Senate to ratification, I transmit herewith the Treaty Between the United States of America and Ukraine on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters with Annex, signed at Kiev on July 22, 1998. I transmit also, for the information of the Senate, an exchange of notes which was signed on September 30, 1999, which provides for its provisional application, as well as the report of the Department of State with respect to the Treaty.

The Treaty is one of a series of modern mutual legal assistance treaties being negotiated by the United States in order to counter criminal activities more effectively. The Treaty should be an effective tool to assist in the prosecution of a wide variety of crimes, including drug trafficking offenses. The Treaty is self-executing. It provides for a broad range of cooperation in criminal matters. Mutual assistance available under the Treaty includes: taking of testimony or statements of persons; providing documents, records, and articles of evidence; serving documents; locating or identifying persons; transferring persons in custody for testimony or other purposes; executing requests for searches and seizures; assisting in proceedings related to restraint, confiscation, forfeiture of assets, restitution, and collection of fines; and any other form of assistance not prohibited by the laws of the requested state.

I recommend that the Senate give early and favorable consideration to the Treaty and give its advice and consent to ratification.

William J. Clinton

To think Hunter Biden got this cushy $50,000 monthly job not due to the influence of crooked Biden you'd have to be a little on the slow side.

Maybe they should have used one of the 13 investigations into Hillary for something else, eh?

You people are funny, always trying to rationalize the irrational actions of Trump. I got something different out of that, it does indicate assistance in crimes. So what's the crime, is paying Hunter Biden too much money a crime or do you have something based on solid fact rather than conspiracy,

Two years after leaving office, Joe Biden couldn’t resist the temptation last year to brag to an audience of foreign policy specialists about the time as vice president that he strong-armed Ukraine into firing its top prosecutor.
event, insisting that President Obama was in on the threat.
Democrats seem to think that no one is allowed to investigate or prosecute Joe Biden, because he’s a presidential candidate.

The rules must have changed sometime between 2016 and 2019.

Investigate Joe all you want. The problem is that republicans won't hold their own to the same standards. Investigate Jareds sale of 666 5th ave.

Our allies are obligated via treaty to help us with criminal investigations and we are obligated to help them. If they don't, they violate the treaty

Actually they do get money from Russians. Don Jr even said so.

Trumpy just doesn’t want to fulfill his campaign promise to release his tax returns.

But NY is going after them.
