It is highly unlikely that the Supreme court will take up all of Trump's petty appeals. The fact is they hear 1% of cases.

He can ask but there is no valid reason for Garland to recuse himself.

If Garland needs to recuse, then so does Barr and Kavanaugh on any issue dealing with "Democrats."

that's nice but it's infinitely easier to just say WITCH HUNT OBAMA JUDGE!!!!

...why would anyone buy the theory that some mere embarrassment at finding out Trump isn't as rich as he claims explains his extreme battle against financial disclosure?

The ONLY skeleton left that could have any real bearing on Trump's tenure and legitimacy would be if these financial records clearly show the hidden sources of Trump's wealth and highlight his ongoing indebtedness and the jeopardy to national security.

Russian oligarchs laundering money through Trump and Kushner enterprises for years coupled with newer foreign sugar daddy "pay for play" transactions would definitively prove who owns Trump. And that is what terrifies him!

The worst thing that comes from the Trump debacle, is that we have to face the truth about how weak our system of government is, against being overturned by such a charlatan. The writers of our constitution were not able to predict someone like him and craft that document to effectively block him in practice, as well as in theory.

You partisan hacks.

A common definition for “probable cause” is "a reasonable amount of suspicion, supported by circumstances sufficiently strong to justify a prudent and cautious person's belief that certain facts are probably true"

Probable cause is interference in the USA election, seeking to benefit from those interference attempts, having business dealing with Putin to build a Moscow Tower AND lying about it. How about over 200 contacts with Russian oligarchies or attending a meeting with Russians then lying about an adoption meeting and crafting a false testimony for your son. I would call that more than enough probable cause. That's only half of his corrupt dealing with Russians.

Again, read the ruling. You have sworn testimony by Trump's personal lawyer and documents from his accounting firm that proves that testimony.

It appears that Trump defrauded the tax payers out of millions of dollars. Why don't you care?

Exactly right. Trump hides his tax returns, The Mueller Report, his school records, his medical records, his dirty business dealings. his meetings with Putin, etc. Congress needs to do their duty and expose this racketeer.
