I think the DOJ needs to start subpoenaing the banks of every Democrat in the House of Representatives, starting with Cummings.

Now we know probable cause is not required, so that standard applies to any politician regardless of party. Right, libs?

and they will all agree with this judge. You know why? Because no one is above the law. Including Trump. That may come as a surprise to many.

No, most sane rational judges and people believe in the concept of probable cause. You don't get to go on a fishing expedition just because you don't like someone's politics.

Like most things, this will come back to bite the Democrats in the rear end. They just aren't very bright.

Is that what you're advocating, or did you just do a poor job communicating your understanding of what you read?

That's a rhetorical question. You can just respond with something quippy, like "Ur liberal tears are delishes."
U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta in Washington also denied a request by Trump to stay his decision pending an appeal.

Why do you think that “probable cause” applies here? This isn’t a criminal investigation by law enforcement. It’s Congress exercising its Constitutional oversight and legislative powers. Probable cause has nothing to do with anything.

Oversight of WHAT, exactly? It's a fishing expedition.
