The only way to stop PC is to defy it en mass. Live in Illinois and going to the fair? Wear a confederate flag on your shirt or hat. When SKWs cry about something we need to display whatever behavior they are offended by en mass. Halloween is coming up, break out the blackface and Indian costumes. Provoke provoke provoke. Will they become violent? Maybe...that is a good thing. Make them overreact, then they get themselves in real trouble. The political correctness crowd cannot be allowed to win. Nothing more un American than PC.

This the thing. The Confederate flag represents the Confederate cause. The Confederate cause was basically rooted in keeping slavery. All the more reason that no one should ever wear Confederate flag shirts or honor Confederate generals.
And this is the thing. People who get violent over those wearing Confederate flags, let me put it this way. Those who get violent are not interested in staying out of trouble. They want you to stop wearing Confederate flags. If anything, this will just lead to more violence. I'm not saying violence should take place. I'm saying those who would use violence don't care if they are wrong. What they want is the Confederate flag gone from society.
And something else. If people are offended by the Confederate flag, rather than call them "snowflakes", find out why they are offended. Go read about the Articles of Secession. Go read the Confederate Constitution. Read all of that. If you still justify wearing Confederate flag t-shirts after this, then you are part of the problem in America. Call it "PC" all you want. I don't care.

I have never heard of this band but it seems that they have been a group since 1987 and the other day the Illinois state fair cancelled their show because the name of the band might offend some people. The reason given was it "appears to reflect racial sensitivity concerns.” UGH PC madness running amok.
The name of the band is Confederate Railroad. I know, shocking isn't it?

I do not fear the leftists using violence or their threats of violence. I look forward to the day all of this divisiveness comes to a head in our nation and we settle this once and for all. I am very confident the leftists will be crushed. Political correctness, socialism and the SJW movement are ideological enemies of freedom and America. We should have zero tolerance for these ideologies. Maybe when the dust settles on the second civil war the left is trying to start the ole stars and bars will fly again for real as a flag of victory.
I will not surrender my freedoms no matter who demands that I do. I also have zero care or concern for those offended by confederate flags, statues or our history. I hold a zero tolerance view of PC and that is why I advocate for provoking the politically correct wherever they are found. I truly hate leftism with every fiber of my being. I do however love America, our founding fathers and our constitution. I love being a free American and I believe freedom is worth fighting for. I can’t believe we don’t all feel this way and it is shocking that some so called Americans would have our nation turn into something like Orwell’s 1984.
I will say it again that November 2020 will tell the tale. I think that either more moderates will move to the right (as a protest against extreme leftism) and Trump will win by a larger margin than he did four years ago, or we will have a Democrat POTUS in 2021. Or, of course, more voters from either (or both) party will vote and then who knows?
Personally, I think that with both Trump and the Democrats apparently trying to outdo each other in stupidity, it's anyone's guess.
I currently live in a conservative Republican area in the South. I'm here because of a job. There are a few things named for a Confederate general. Naming things for Confederates or honoring Confederate generals IS stupidity. If I never see another Confederate flag, if I'm never around any places named for Confederate generals again, I'll be very happy.
I am wondering where you live. I lived in Montgomery, AL for eight months (of hell) in 1973, and it was like the whites were still fighting the Civil War. (It seemed that everywhere I went, it was the Rebel this or the Blue and Gray that, and people wore their racism proudly.*) However, I thought things had improved since then. Maybe not?
*Of course, that impression might be wrong, but it was definitely the impression I received based on MY personal experiences as a transplanted Yankee! I was shocked when the local kids got Jefferson Davis's birthday off from school, and Abraham Lincoln's was completely ignored.
P.S. However, in keeping with the above, you might be heartened to read this:

Abraham Lincoln violated the constitution by denying states their right to secede from the union. He raised up an army to deny Southern states their freedom and his war killed 600k. He also suspended habeus corpus. He essentially became a northern dictator. I do not think this man is worth celebrating but that is my opinion. The war was about preserving southern rights and states rights. The constitution was on the side of the confederate government. I support our constitution even if half the nation wishes to abandon it.
