No-not the same.

First--nobody knew about it at the time. It only came out in 1991 when it was discovered in some archives.

Second--Denmark was offended--it was seen as an insult.

Third--it was about strategy for the Cold War.

It's only real estate to Trump. He doesn't even think about the people.

Denmark is sure bent out of shape about this, aren't they? I've always loved the Danes (since I have some Danish blood), but the country (like most of Scandinavia) is filled with (u(ks. It sickens me to see my Scandinavian brethren flush their beautiful culture and heritage down the U.N. toilet in the name of "progressivism".

So...we know about it, big deal. Don't care about Denmark's feelings. It's still a strategic purchase.

Everything is an "outrage" to the loony left.

Trump could cure cancer and they would consider it an "outrage".

Buy Greenland?
From all the "outrage" someone would think that Trump had ordered that it be taken by force.
Depending on the deal, it might mean 56,000 more Americans and another place for industry to expand.
