this will never get prosecuted as a hate crime because its black on white and because of that it will be hard to prove.

Any mother who is stupid enough to let their child wear a MAGA hatto school should loss custody of said child. Politic have no business in school unless it is part of the curriculum. And the fact that the kid had been bullied before and they still allowed it is plain stupidity. And yes I think the girl should be expelled.

I haven't seen the left condemn antifa going after Trump supporters.. the kids learn from what the see. If it is accepted by the left it is ok for them to do it themselves.. bad examples are the left.

Strictly speaking you are right that the hat is not racist. It is the head that is in the hat. I haven't met a lot of people who wear MAGA or Trump hats in public as most people have better sense than that, but everyone that I have is a flaming bigot.
