Of course that depends on what definitions you use, I'm sure they were tailored to get exactly those results.
That said, it would make sense that Texans are better shots than most of the rest of the country thus their mass shooters should probably be more effective.
The "good guy with a gun" made the bad guy with a gun harm fewer people than the "bad guy with a knife" managed in the NY synagogue.....Imagine how much better off those in the synagogue would have been if they had a "good guy with a gun".
There is no way to completely prevent people from killing others, but there are ways to limit the damage they can do and that's the goal.
If people can be shot and killed in a church, that eliminates the "thoughts and prayers" solution to gun violence in our country.

If that guy tried that in my synagogue, he would be killed by the security guy with an AR at the front door, or one of the maybe 15-20 carrying inside the building. Remind me again why liberals ban good guys from carrying weapons?
