We need to burn it to the ground. Attack us and pay the price.

It's not how you see it, but it's how they will take this, This is huge and a major conflict could come from this. They won't take this likely, and in an election year that's not good. Yes he was a very bad guy, but to them he was held high.

We pretty much already burned Iraq to the ground. And they did not even attack us. We can't know where this is all going yet until the players and motives are more clear, but it is big and has the potential to blow the lid off the whole region and mire us there for the next couple decades. Just when we were finally getting the whole thing behind us.

You think that's gonna stop the Iranians and the Iraqis from following up? Folks, this ain't a Hollywood movie.
This reminds me of my beta simp nephew during the first gulf war, when referring to the Iraqi “Republic Guard” and how experienced and invincible they were. I explained to him how the American soldiers were going to kick the excrement out of any and all Iraqi forces. He got all huffy puffy, like most liberals do, and bet me one hundred dollars that Iraq would win. I used that money to buy my wife a nice bracelet she had been wanting.
Now for me, it was way better than a Hollywood movie.

Care to make a bet? LOL

You really think this is going to send a message to Iran? You honestly think they are remotely afraid of the United States? They have been taking advantage of America's follies in the region for 40 years straight. They had their proxies kill American soldiers in Beirut and during the Second Iraq War. America did nothing in retaliation. They know push comes to shove America always backs down. What makes you so sure its going to be different this time?

This attack was not in Iran, but in Iraq!

Soleimani, the #2 military guy of Iran, was just a few miles away from the United States Embassy in Baghdad that was attacked and set ablaze by Iranian-backed militia! That is everything we need to know!

President Trump will not just watch an attack on a US Embassy on a TV and make excuses for not coming to their rescue.
