We know why the Governors want to keep the panic going... it’s not about health safety...it’s about political power..if they can stretch this until November Trump is finished and they know it....Democrats are disgusting human beings...

“When somebody is president of the United States, the authority is total,” Trump said at Monday’s White House coronavirus briefing. “The governors know that.”

We do? Or do you mean that's your one side opinion based on the idiocy Trump spouts? Explain how 700 people dying a day is helping Cuomo in New York?

The President of the United States has the power to sign, veto, ask ,convene, adjourn, reprieve,
pardon, receive and finally command for the best interest of the United States and its American citizens.

The US Constitution disagrees with Pres Trump.

Do you agree with the Constitution?

Even worse - far too many of his supporters are cheering the assertion.

What happened to the GOP being the party of small government?

Their lives are so empty they are more concerned about “sticking it” to fellow Americans with ideological differences even if it means ignoring the Constitution, debating themselves, or hurting themselves.

A great deal of republicans are for one party rule, theirs in particular. This is why they would be marching to DC if Obama had made a statement like the one Trump did, but because Trump belongs to their party its ok. If Trump were to have Biden arrested tomorrow, some republicans may question his actions, but would still remain loyal. I think you know the kind of political system they'd enjoy the most.

Hate to break it to you, but in 2016 Trump was elected President, not Almighty God. I know some of you think he walks on water, but that is actually his Depends failing bigly.

The FACT is, Trump does NOT have total authority over the individual States, he does not, look it up. Just one more case of him not knowing **** about his job and the limitations he has in that job. To Trump, the Constitution means zilch, and he does not have the intelligence to understand any of it, so, he makes up his own rules. Fortunately for us, a lot of people DO understand the Constitution and will hold his feet to the fire every time he tries to make some ridiculous, inaccurate statement like that.

We, the citizens of the great Pacific states -- Calif., Ore. and Wash. -- will reopen OUR economies when OUR governors decide it's time after consulting with OUR medical professionals and scientists. OUR governors closed OUR economies and they will be the ones who will reopen them. This is just as the Constitution intended.

Trump who?
