Imagine if WWII broke out in 2020. People would be screaming about their 'rights', nonsensical arguments about the constitution, and terrorism if the country were forced to ration supplies, conserve metals, and had all sorts of other forced sacrifices mandated by the government like our grandparents had to go through. We'd lose the war, because Americans have gotten incredibly stupid and self-centered these days.
Can’t wait to see if you got/get a response. We need a lot more of this on this board. Far too many have no idea how inconsistent they are on issues, and it’s good to get them thinking about it.
Unfortunately, the majority of Americans volunteered out of the republican form of government, that was instituted by the Declaration of Independence, into the socialist democratic form, and have surrendered their birthright of Freedom & Liberties in exchange for the privileges and obligations that come with that consent.
But people still have the right to withdraw consent, especially if fraud, coercion, constructive fraud, heavy handed force and other trickery was used to acquire that consent, without their complete knowledge, or by force.
The only "crime" in a free society are that of taking someone's life, taking someone's liberty, or taking someone's property.
All other called statutory law is tyranny, used to control a free person and take their liberties.

That's likely a waste of time. They are unable to perceive it. Hypocrisy is not a catalyst for introspection or reflection in leftists. They need deprogramming.

No as a military widow - we are not even closely prepared for war . Had this been a proven attack from any country. Would we still be crying about a mask ?
The guy could be right though, the whole plandemic might be a giant hoax.
Out of roughly 100 family members, friends, extended relatives, neighbors, etc, I still don't know anyone who has had covid-19.
Nobody is violating his constitutional rights.
If a business owner determines that lack of shoes or shirt poses a danger to the patron or other customers, or if it’s merely enough to make others uncomfortable, this sign "no shirt, no shoes, no service" is both legal and completely justified.
same goes: If a business owner determines that lack of a mask poses a danger to other customers, or if it is merely enough to make others uncomfortable, then the businesses have the right to deny a service.
It is this simple. .. has absolutely nothing to do with constitutional rights. Yikes
Plus, the yelling guy looks totally stupid, but this is another topic.
