You would think the officers involved would have taken note of Officer Noor's conviction.
If the coroner determines that the officer's actions played a role in this death, I think we'll see at least one of these officers tried for 3rd Degree Murder, like Noor.
Minnesota's third degree murder statute reads: “Whoever, without intent…causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life…”
It would not go on like this if the "state" did not essentially approve of it. This is just the cost of doing business. Many believe the police cannot be effective unless they are feared. People want "criminals", or people they think have criminal propensity, to fear that they will be killed for not obeying the police. They would rather lean towards police abuse, rather then giving the criminal the benefit of the doubt. That is the only way that they can feel safe, is by allowing the police the leeway to kill people like this from time to time, because it teaches "others" what can happen to them.
The public sees the police as the last line between criminals and the more they feel that line is weekend.....the more they have to arm themselves.
Warning! May be a little more for some to take.
You will be fuming if you watch this and the cop getting off to it.
Yep, as far as I am concerned I witnessed a murder right there, watching the cop's actions closer.
I can understand a lot of things - cops shooting out of fear for their own lives, confusion whether a suspect has a weapon or not, but THIS - this was a murder in a cold blood, no matter how they officially would like to call it - "manslaughter" or "medical distress."
This cop knew what he was doing, and in a broad daylight too.
What's your position on civilians who assault police officers?
I bet you have not worn a mask yet. You like going out shopping for stuff without your mask....I bet. Right? You are a REBEL, no pun intended, going against the grain of lock down and guidelines. Not obeying. But it's okay for you not to LISTEN and follower orders.

That’s an overreach. At least these days, most police abuse cases are handled fairly and some are sent to a grand jury. If a jury or grand jury acquits you really can’t blame “The State.”
