Lying or not, the man's breathing sounded pretty labored. Again, already handcuffed, being held flat on the ground, was there really a need to keep a knee on his neck for over three minutes?
I'm with you, the bodycam footage would tell us a lot, but I doubt we ever see it. ANd that's if the officer didn't turn it off.
It ABSOLUTELY sounded labored and after 8 (?) minutes with someones knee in your neck; we might all struggle.
The onlookers are pointing out that the man has not moved for some time and STILL the officer's ego will not allow him to remove his knee from an already restrained and likely, dying, man. A firefighter onlooker is requesting that the man's pulse be taken as he appears to be unresponsive and still- cop of the year can't manage to remove his knee from the man's neck.
Murder.
They have been fired.
The taxpayer should NOT have to continue to defend these idiots.
Just do as the officer asks and give him what he asks for.
It's not hard.

This is repeated every time there is an incident of this type.
So - Are you (or anyone else here whose take is the same) in favor of laws requiring masks being enforced as well? Should people who refuse to wear one or practice social distancing in areas where it is required be arrested? Or should laws be obeyed selectively depending on whether you agree with them or not?
