I think a city up in the pacific northwest did something like this. They had "observers" who took notes when crime occurred but did nothing.

What would happen is that the people with money would invest in their pwn police force and the people without money i.e. the inner city blacks, would suffer tremendous crime increases.

No doubt, the wealthy white people, the ones who still make Minneapolis work by paying huge taxes were already on the edge of moving out because of the re-zoning by the leftist mob they call the city council. They re-zoned the entire city to allow sec 8 garbage houses throughout the city with no restrictions. Now this?

Either this will get swept under the rug and the re-zoning will be quietly laid to rest or there will be another mass-exodus and Minneapolis will truly become another Detroit or Baltimore.

Sad days for the city of lakes.
