Well....I have made my claims and stated my solutions and you are free to go your own direction. You don't have to agree with me. I am not asking for that.
I agree 100% and Malcolm X was absolutely correct. However, as long as there's money to be made playing the victimization card and/or pandering to White guilt many of the so-called Black leaders aren't going to rock the boat.

No. Nothing will change and whites will still complain when they see black unity and blacks doing for blacks. They will then argue "why can't whites do for whites and have white unity?" The result of that will be increased resentment from whites that blacks are getting something that they can't have. This will create even more discrimination against blacks by whites who now resent blacks being able to favor blacks but whites not being able to do so. Every action creates a reaction. Thus, every solution will create a white reaction and that reaction from whites will be to increase their racism against blacks. There is no escaping white racism. You are damned if you do and damned if you don't. Whatever blacks do....if it works to actually start lifting blacks up.....there are going to be whites who seek to sabotage it....just like they did Black Wall Street in Tulsa.
She didn't tell her personal stories or racism. She says she feels the trauma of racism every day, and her only anecdote was the stories she heard from her grandpa. It's residual trauma from something someone else felt. Again, I'm all ears as to how you get past that..or how her kids get past it when they are told their history, or their kids, or their kids.
If you keep perpetuating that you are an outsider because you ancestors were brought here on slave ships....when will you stop feeling like an outsider? I think in a way you are saying something similar. Self respect is the first step for black people moving forward in this society, not having white people plead for forgiveness.

How do you fix that without understanding the root of the cause?
Here is the thing with me. I am asking NOTHING from white people. When I have a personal challenge in my life my solution is to first find a way to make myself stronger than whatever it is against me, whether that be a person, health, economics, etc.
Hence, my solution for black people is for black people embrace and uplift black people. My solution is blacks becoming stronger. That means blacks DISCRIMINATING in the favor of their own and looking to do for their own before others. That also means black teaching young blacks to have a healthy view of black people. Again....This song from the 60's says it all for me and what we should be teaching young blacks as adult blacks.
And don't get it twisted. I am not AXING for white permission of this.

Yeah. Black unity and strength is where it is at. The days of black consciousness were times of true elevation for black people....that soon faded with integration and drugs. I am not looking for whites to GIVE US RESPECT of ourselves. If you empower people to give you empower them to take it away. If you depend upon someone to lift you up....they can also tear you down. I agree with you. We need to go insular for REAL progress. Only a small percent of blacks will get on board with that because they are seeking white acceptance and approval.....or they don't really care about blacks anyway....just riding the moment because it is trendy.
I am for all things black. When the olympics take place....I root for the team with the most blacks. I root for all the African nations to win if there are no African Americans competing against them. A USA vs Nigeria world cup game. I am rooting for the Nigerians.
Undoubtedly, solutions and action for the black community have to begin with the black community.
And good for you that you live in a country that allows you to express your racism freely. I hope you'll also accept any white person that said they would pull for Australia, Spain, any white-dominated team over USA Basketball.

Different histories in America have resulted in different current conditions in America, racially. Humans and animals have the ability to recognize patterns in what it is that they sense and or experience. This pattern recognition IS ALWAYS TURNED ON, whether one is conscious of it or not. Most of it takes place at the subconscious level without you being aware that it is taking place. If you shelter a child from the world and only let them see a world of black equality....then a child can be raised free of racism. However, what happens when they get exposed to the other reality? How do they adjust are they mentally prepared to adjust?
You are not addressing my question - if raised in the inner city where they are subject to black on black crime and the police arriving to arrest a black person their ideas are already skewed to black people being bad.
Yes we all see color - but not all of us are obsessed with it - most judge people by their character and not their color but you just don't see that - you want to play the victim.
