This is not going to end very well. If Seattle or the state fail to act it may be trigger for the federal government to act. The people that live, work and have business's in that area have rights and if Seattle and the state is not going to protect them the federal government will have no choice.
I realize that a lot of the people that live, work and own business's there are sympathetic or even support this but it's certainly not going to be all of them. Could you imagine trying to get home and there is bunch of people blocking you from doing that?
