send the drunk home, you already have his license plate, so you can charge him through the nose later.

But it sounds like a lot of you here want the blood to be drown.

The taser is a one shot weapon. So he was unarmed at the time he was shot. And the officer certainly knew that.
Did the cops know for certain that what was taken was a taser? They just got the **** beat out of them by the guy, so can you expect them to know for certain that it was not one of their guns? We have the benefit of hindsight. These guys have to make life or death decisions on the fly, in the instant, and in this case in the dark.

Georgia Law:

  • 0.04% or higher, if they're operating commercial vehicles.

The kind of choice they made in this case can be logically connected to them jumping on his dead body.
Yes, out of his car RUNNING with a taser in his hand and shooting at the officer with it. That sure sounds cooperative and in control, no danger to anyone?????????

They are not "rare", they are the newer models, eventually all will be two shot.

I think you mean 0.18 and 0.20

A person that was 1.08 would be dead or in an irreversible coma.

And the police were called likely by the woman. And the police decided to throw the book at him. That would still allow a range from a minor domestic incident to a horrendous assault.

And it does not appear anywhere exactly how the case was resolved.

It looks like the charges were for the same incident.

These days it does not take much to get accused of child abuse.
If you spank a child with a belt, they can run to their teachers and yell child abuse or worse.

Everyone is saying he had a mile long rap sheet which is apparently made up BS.
So you are saying this wife beater-loser-felon who hurt his kids got a bum rap? He never did this to the degree and he was set up? right? Who cares if it was one days charge or four? He did those things and he is a piece of garbage!
