He was definitely on something else too. People don't pass out in drive thrus when they're .10 bac and he even fell back to sleep after the cop woke him up.

He can no longer abuse his family and they get rich as a bonus.

Let him go home indeed, how ridiclous..!
Exactly, I wonder how they would feel if he would have pulled out of the drive thru and slammed into a car and killed a family of four?

I don't know why we're expending so much energy arguing with dolts. The same people who are making arguments against the cop are the ones who never make any damn sense and post drivel. Why should this thread be any different?

I agree. But the political movement in question needs to change their name to reflect what they actually stand for.

I was not unaware. I just didnt bring it up because the guy was running away. You focused on something everybody else doesnt care about...including the DA. Grow up.

That was him giving you the benefit of the doubt that you were merely ignorant as to the facts rather than....well, rather than ill equipped to comprehend what the facts mean. When you are armed with a weapon, and you aim that weapon at police, they have the right to defend themselves.....which is what they did.

Feel free to hide behind the fact that the DA is a moron who is likely to be sanctioned by the Bar for his prosecutorial misconduct in this case, but it won't age well.

I've always wondered about this slippery slope ever since the BLM movement was started in response to the death of the monstrous Michael Brown. The way people were blindly embracing him and making him out to be a 'hero' and a 'martyr' after he was shot by cops, not long after he strong arm terrorized and robbed an innocent and small shop keeper.

I always wondered how much lower the movement and its followers would go in embracing any Black person killed by a police officer. For example, would BLM and its followers embrace someone that was a child molester, rapist, and murderer?

Now that we find out more about this guy's background and his violence towards children, I think it won't be long before these nut cases embrace a criminal with such a horrible past (even with the suspect violently resisting arrest).

What a disgusting thing it all is.
