Here are the 2020 murders by district - and the police officers in Chicago have been told if they engage in any pursuits and follow anyone by car - all liability for whatever happens will be on them and they'll either be fired or thrown in jail.

Gun violence always a problem -- it just seems worse right now.

WE live in an upper middle class community and our local policy are asking people weekly to not leave their guns in their cars unlocked.

I've never seen this before.

Clearly we need a change.

Actually you can thank Trump for the murders. His budget proposed cutting COPS Hire by 58% all the while supporting the NRA's agenda of unlimited access to weapons whose only purpose is to kill humans. Heck, a few years back, they at least hid behind the fig leaf of needing guns to hunt animals.
