Nothing will fix it until the actual facts and reasons can be talked about without risk of being called a racist, bigot or worse. No politician will risk it, not even Trump. So year after year , after year, we will keep being told it's a gun problem, the anti gun people will be up in arms over more gun control and every once in a while they will get a win, and nothing changes. Want change, address the root causes and work from their.

Louisiana... it averages 14 murders per 100,000. New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Monroe... Who runs those cities?
Alabama... 12.9 murders per 100,000. Most populous city is Birmingham - see in list below. Who runs Birmingham?
Missouri... 11.3 murders per 100,000. 90% of the murders were in St. Louis and Kansas City. Who runs those cities? KC had 150 murders in all of 2017. NYC made half of that over the weekend. See those cities below.
EDIT: There were only 14 murders (not 76) in NYC this weekend. Obviously not half of KC's 150.

How can Trump fix it-- or not fix it? These cities are having problems because of policies of their mayors and DA's--for years pre-dating Trump. Who is president has nothing to do with it.
