As low as 50 bucks a month. Very temping for me as a teenager to take it and live in Manhattan for awhile. No deposit required but just the actual rent. It was near Soho. I had a thousand buck for the trip given to me by my parents for the summer trip. It was very, very easy to settle in NY, but I didn't go for it since it was NY, not my warm year round home state with palm trees. Food were so cheap, especially the pizzas and hot dogs, along with food carts. Same went for transportation.

I thought the video was after the 5th Ave riots, and that is why the store fronts were all boarded up. Do you mean they boarded them up months ago when they shut down for covide-19, and never re-opened?

Then did the 5th Ave looters from last weedk or the week before break through the plywood barriers? I'm guessing the inventory was mostly moved away in the weeks in between.
Do you think the Democrats will take responsibilities like an adult?

Never forget Obama was blaming Bush for 8 years.

Again.....this is a dated video.

I was very surprised how quickly retail reopened after the destructive civil unrest.

Also, please acknowledge that while Trump was running them up also, that you are not including the virus pandemic costs to your comment.

What "values" are you referring to?
I ask because while his personality might be grating at times, many of us like the push back against the PC/SJW rubbish, most people are too afraid to challenge.
Socially, Trump is in line with most issues moderate to right leaning American believe in. Whether it be 1st & 2nd amendment issues, strong borders to keep out illegal aliens, originalist federal judges, pro-police and law & order, etc.

As to responding to the pandemic better, are you unaware that Obama/Biden reacted to H1N1 much slower, and didn't do anywhere near what Trump has done?
There is at least a debate about the effectiveness of masks today, but no one was wearing them when kids were dying back in 2009-10
Don't forget, Dr Fauci was Obama/Bidens point man as well, and he has said we have done a heck of a lot more to stop this pandemic, than we did back when H1N1 hit.
Yet Obama/Biden has the unmitigated gall to make it seem like they did better with it than Trump is doing.

BTW - Unlike you who says Trump/Pence has blood on their hands, I never (nor did most fair-minded people) say Obama/Biden had blood on their hands.
Sure they reacted much slower, didn't shut down public gatherings, and didn't institute travel bans, but I did not blame them for a worldwide pandemic.

About the only one who obvious has blood on their hands is governor Cuomo with his EO, but the MSM is covering for him, he is thwarting any independent investigations into his handling of it (calls from D's as well).
He didn't purposely cause those people in nursing homes to die, but he made a horrible mistake. That might be forgivable if not for the fact he now has the gall to claim he did nothing wrong, and overall did well, and Trump did poorly.

You might not get any of that from MSNBC/DNC, but look it up for yourself from credible sources like the CDC or NIH on how Obama/Biden handled H1N1(i.e. how long it took them to declare a national emergency).

Moderate and right leaning Americans don't believe in protectionism and crony capitalism, trashing our traditional alliances, and cozying up to dictators.

I was in NYC Wednesday, and its still closer to ghost town of activity vs normal.

Trains were 80% unoccupied to Grand Central from Ct.

Near my office, most stores either closed or almost NO customers.

While I believed him, I had no way of knowing to what extent things have gotten to.

He sent me this link of someone who did a video;

It is hard to believe virtually every major store/shop is bordered up on his 4 minute drive, with some never to return.

Democrats ruin everything they touch. Imagine the US if the dems gained control.

After Trump is re-elected, I think we will see the end of BLM and ANTIFA. Soy Boys against Navy SEALs.

At some point the dims will win the office again. The best we can hope for us that they don't put in a Sanders or AOC type.

I keep telling myself, that surely the more moderate dems at some point will regain control of their party. Surely........

If the Dems lose again, watch how fast they exterminate the socialists. It will be worse than the RINO old-guard Republicans who scattered after Trump won. They knew their gravy train was over.

The Democrat party will force the socialists out, and into the Socialist party, where they belonged from day #1. 38% of Dems voted from Sanders or Warren in the primaries, and those are the ones they'll evict first.
