Well, you should have $30,000 because Obama promised over and over again that his plan would save the average family $2,500 a year in health care premiums. Instead, cost have shot up well over that.

The US has higher healthcare spending per capita than any other developed country (who all have UHC) and we have worse care. Why do you think the private sector is efficient when it comes to healthcare?

This is true but you can't cover pre-existing conditions, not require everyone to have health insurance and lower premium cost. This is the reason no republican has a plan. They can't deliver what they have promised.

Are you unaware that Trump and the Republicans are in court right now to eliminate ACA, which will eliminate the protection for pre-existing conditions?

It isn't efficient.

"Administrative costs now make up about 34% of total health care expenditures in the United States"

There is a photo of Lesley Stahl trying to hold the massive binder of the Trump health plan in her frail arms. I think Kayleigh McEnany had it on her Twitter. Maybe we will see that on the 60 Minutes interview but probably not because it would be favorable to Trump.

And yet our spending per capita is the highest in the world, and we have people going bankrupt, choosing not to eat, or not pay for their mortgage because of medical debt. Maybe we learn something from countries that do this better than us.

Been waiting for a GOP healthcare plan for TEN YEARS -- nothing but hot air and crickets. Same for the trillion dollar infrastructure plan.

GOP = FAKE NEWS.

The GOP talks out both sides of their mouths. "We will protect pre-existing conditions" while they are in court right now trying to eliminate ACA which eliminates the pre-existing protection.
If they say it enough people will believe it.

Pre-existing conditions protection was passed over 25 years ago. The only thing Obamacare did was to make the coverage unaffordable to those that need it.
