I doubt you even wear masks correctly. It goes beyond just covering your nose and mouth. You are supposed to change a mask every time you go to a different place, or else you are potentially carry the virus from one place to another. Also, if your mask gets the virus on it in store A and you wear that same mask into your car and into store B then you are increasing your own exposure. Even those who wear a mask over their mouths and noses wear the same mask for hours, and sometimes, days.
I have been wearing the same mask into stores and doctors since May/June? I am allergic to elastic. One dr's office gave me a paper mask that had ties instead of elastic. I've used it so long that the metal is coming out and nearly poked me in the eye few weeks ago. I tied the ties into loops so I can wear it over my ears. It's very painful for me to keep trying to tie something behind my head. I have a spinal cord injury and a bad back. I have trouble even brushing my hair. The mask tastes horrible from a summer's worth of sweat. When I wear it and inhale it enters my mouth and I can't avoid the taste while the material is choking me at times. I have severe asthma. I struggle to breathe. Been thinking of scotch-taping a napkin on my face to do my grocery shopping.

So you're willing to do your part to mitigate- cool. Perhaps you can encourage the President to do the same.
"Advisories" like yours are precisely the reason I would not -- because they have, from the beginning, been directed by people over in shallow Left-Center Field, and the result, whether intentional or not, is to concentrate more power in Big Brother's / Sister's hands.
We are eventually going to emerge from this combination of National Malaise, National Panic and National Tantrum -- but the final outcome has to be determined by the free interplay of human opinion -- as it always is and, hopefully, always will be.

Yes, I even have a suppressed immune system. I have auto immune disease and they put me on low level chemo to shut down my immune system because it was literally destroying my body organs. I have to wear a mask in order to get into a store to do grocery shopping. I have reused the same mask every time. If masks weren't required to enter the store then I wouldn't wear one at all. They make my breathing even harder than it is already.
I see eight different sets of doctors right now for all of my health problems. I have to get tested many times for procedures and even referrals to go to other specialists. I have never tested positive.

And all of the things you've described are within the realm of "management" which Trump has shown zero interest in furthering in order to protect citizens, as well as businesses. He only wants to keep having ego-stroking rallies and avoid being seen wearing a mask which he believes make him appear weak. He's that shallow. And he's President.

Are you advocating that American be put in lock down? Americans be told they can't travel between states? How about no traveling in to US from country that supposedly have the virus under control?
As soon as I have the reports, advice and other resources Trump and his administration have at their fingertips for going on 4 years now, I'll let you know.

Without those reports, obviously, you can't criticize his actions.
There is no controlling it, we can only manage it. We can try to avoid catching it by limiting our exposure and practicing clean habits but even then it can infect you. I live in Mass. and we have pretty much been locked down since the start, we all wear masks, social distance and wait in line to enter stores yet people are still catching it.
Meadows is just speaking the truth.
Biden and his fellows think they could have handled it all differently but what would they have done?
It is impossible to shut down Americans the way people have been shut down in European countries.
We need to protect the elderly and people that are more susceptible to illness due to underlying issues and we can all practice common sense to avoid the virus.
Politicians will not keep us safe be they Reps or Dems.
China is controlling it.
Why can't we take strong actions like Europe did, it doesn't appear that we are willing to make the sacrifices in many states and are ignoring the virus.
