Those laws vary from State-to-State because this is a federal republic. For those desiring to live in a unitary State, you may renounce your US citizenship anytime you so desire and I will purchase a plane ticket to a unitary State for you so you may experience it up close and personal.

You may then apply using Form I-495 to enter the diversity visa lottery in the hope of returning to the US at some future date.

This is correct, each individual state sets up their requirements for counting the votes. This is the reason why massive voter fraud is nearly impossible to pull off. I would take a huge effort to pull it off and not get caught.

Republicans have filed lawsuits all across the country to make sure that fewer votes are counted

This goes far, far beyond any legitimate concern about fraud.

It's their right to file lawsuits, but I suspect if the EC vote goes well above 350 votes for Joe Biden they drop the lawsuits.

I guess what dems are saying is that they really can't be trusted to figure out how to get their votes into the right hands in a timely manner.

Lawsuits are filed - but I get daily updates from Mark Elias (on Twitter) who is fighting the good fight against Republican voter suppression.

Congressional terms expire Jan 3rd if the federal election isn't certified by then.

That doesn't necessarily work for military personnel. Are you seriously suggesting that they should be deprived of their voting rights? How about those who are very elderly or physically handicapped and can't stand in long lines at the polls in person? Should they also lose their voting rights? Mail-in voting has worked well for decades and should be continued. The process has nothing to do with either party.

If all eligible voters vote, Republicans lose.

Which is why they're pulling out all the stops to keep ballots from being counted.

So the plan, such as it is, appears to be to convince Trumplicans to vote in person rather than mailing in ballots, then going through the courts to stop counting mail-in ballots.

Putting a Trump shill in charge of the USPS to slow down mail delivery was a nice touch.
