Irrelevant. Who will stop them? They'll have a fresh mandate.

Maybe it means that someone will sue, and it will escalate to the SCOTUS. Now that we have a Court that will defend the Constitution, it may very well be ruled unconstitutional.

They will be sued, and it will go to SCOTUS.

The SCOTUS could rule that the President’s action is unconstitutional.

By the time a case makes it that far, the person who brought the case is financially ruined, or dead. Politicians make sure of that by slowing down the entire legal process to a snails pace.

The SCOTUS can take things up very quickly. Look how fast the PA “deadline extension” vote was heard and ruled upon.

How did the lockdown go in Italy Monday?

https://www.cnn.com/2020/10/27/europ...ntl/index.html

*Libs, note I used cnn as my source, so it must be true.

Riots ensued all across Italy, and the same will occur here, if its tried.

Upto this point, our riots have been predominantly leftists, but if Biden were to lock down, the right will engage, & America could slip into a civil war, if the two opposing factions began to clash.

My life, and those of millions of others, was reduced to a once weekly run to the grocery store and a daily walk. Millions of people saw their livelihoods evaporate, and millions others suffered from an increase of domestic abuse, suicide, drug overdoses, and the results of skipping routine medical screenings.

*If I have to tell my elderly mother that she needs to remain inside her apartment (it’s already been 8 months) and we cannot see each other AGAIN, that will be the end of her. She’s already declined tremendously.

Governors can do this. Presidents, apparently, cannot. That was my point.

Really sorry to hear about your mother.
