Biden can't move your state "back to" anything. He can't move you "forward to" anything, either.

Why this irrational fear?

Your state legislature is where you need to focus your worries.

Again, just making stuff up to scare voters. Biden has not called for a nationwide shut down. But we could have a national mask mandate.

The reason our country is one of the worst in the world with respect to coronavirus is that we have had NO national strategy. The Trump administration has no policy. It's always "well. the virus is magically disappearing" and "the vaccine will be here any day now". That's called lack of leadership.

Biden has even publicly admitted the President almost certainly doesn't have the authority to implement a mask mandate.

This is nothing more than fearmongering.

This is exactly what was done at my mother's assisted living facility. We sign up in advance to visit, she came out to meet us in the courtyard and we had to wear masks and keep six feet apart. Not ideal, but better than no visits.

If your state didn't allow this, then sounds like you have a problem with the state government, not with Joe Biden.

What has Trump done that is awesome regarding Covid-19? I'll give him credit for closing travel from China in Feb (but not really because 40,000 US citizens were allowed to travel from China to US). But since then? Name one thing he has done besides complain about the experts and sow confusion among the public.

In the right-wing fantasy world, the guy who tried to destroy a state's sanctuary city rights respects the 10th Amendment while the guy who has never even tried to intervene is somehow the one who has no respect for it.

Regardless of any of his other awful policies, this one alone would make me not vote for Biden. I do recall Biden saying that he would listen to science and if it meant shutting everything down, he would. Science has told us how it spreads but I feel statistics should dictate the Covid response instead. In my opinion, the statistics havent shown anything concerning and therefore to mandate people to wear masks is just outrageous; thats when it becomes a control tactic and just a means to show they are "doing" more than the previous President because they truly care which is a bunch of BS.
