We had similar brownouts 10 years ago due to being just as unprepared. The situation was assessed and cited and Texas made no progress. Increased immigration could have possibly made things worse, but this is a result of Texas not weatherizing their power plants after the last time this happened.

Bottom line, it was the fact that the power plants (coal, Nuclear and .natural .gas did not Winterize as they should have. What was a recommendation will become mandatory.

Abbott is on Hannity saying it was the wind/solar power that caused the problem because they represent 10 per cent of the grid.
Completely ignoring that the nuclear, natural gas plants failed the most because they weren't winterized,......wow --- that is some bull.

Most immigration into Texas was from other states. You're just ignoring the real problem that is failing infrastructure.
