Trump was right about the FBI. This shooter was under their radar, and yet, he wasn`t stopped from buying a gun. Only law abiding citizens, are stopped. Where does that leave us. Do you think all the guns in Chicago, were bought legally?

Great point. Another reason to start focusing on mental health. What makes the average law abiding citizen snap and want to kill others ?

Agreed. People with unstable mental health should not own guns. Atlanta shooter was in an inpatient program!?

Exactly. And it's currently against the law to do so.

Kamala just admitted Biden won't do anything on gun control. Sorry liberals, looks like you shouldn't have elected a moderate.

Quote:
Kamala Harris said Wednesday President Joe Biden is hesitant to take executive action on gun control because the White House wants Congress to unite and act in a more 'permanent' capacity after two mass shootings rocked the nation in the matter of a week.

The vice president said the White House prefers if Congress would act in a more 'permanent' capacity after two mass shootings rocked the nation in the matter of a week.

Or, on the other side of the question, why don't others snap?

Then the laws need to be tightened up. No one. No one just out of inpatient mental health treatment should be allowed to buy a gun. That is the Lowest of bars. Way too high risk.

Take him to court and do Due Process of Law. Otherwise, it is a violation of the 14th Amendment.....in the same ball park as the Jim Crow laws.

Better yet. Change the law. Can’t buy a gun if you have been in an inpatient mental health program in the last year. Seems reasonable.
