The perp could be going for a gun. There was a case a month or so ago in which a women got back in her car, pulled out a gun and shot the police. The police officer returned fire, killing her. No cop wants to find out the criminal is going for a gun when it's too late, and it's been happening that way more than usual as of late. Lot of hate directed at these police officers on a daily basis, and not a whole lot of respect or appreciation for the risk they undertake on a daily basis.
Being a police officer comes with a certain amount of risk. You can't shoot someone because someone else pulled a gun in similar circumstances.

Our illustrious MEDIA and Democrat Party certainly thinks so to the point where they have created Systemic White Guilt among much of the population over something that ended 156 years ago.
I am just sick and tired of black men being shot up by the police. Something needs to change between the communities and the officers so we don't have to witness this anymore. Also I support peaceful protests, but rioting is never okay and those who do need to face consequences.

It's not just breaking the law it is Resisting Arrest in a violent manner. That's not the time to plead your case. You will LOSE that way.
He ran because he had an outstanding warrant. But we will hear he because he was afraid of being innocently gunned down by the white-controlled police. They'll still blame Trump, even though he isn't even president anymore. The whole underlying mission of BLM is to have society let black people get away with crimes.
