yup.

this gas hack is a big red flag to exactly the kind of infrastructure we should be spending money on to strengthen - not childcare.

Obama biden promised energy prices would skyrocket uner their energy plan.

voters loved it and elected them.

Now their energy plan is on steroids.

for 3.5 years the homeland security committee focused on insurrection and ignored the cyber threat to our country.

Only biden voters will enjoy the gas lines and ransom high prices. Their energy czar once said we need to get US gas prices as high as Europe to 'nudge' the country away from petro based energy.

You got what you wanted.

Screw the decades long quest for energy independence that Trump achieved.

more proof Putin played obama biden as biden's energy plan as also boosted Putin's economy, resolve to destroy us and expect more pokes with a sharp stick from the Russian bear.

It’s a load of crap. Typical sneaky move to raise prices and keep them there after we forget.

I suspect we're being played, manipulated, frightened by our own government into exchanging our gas-powered vehicles for electric ones.

I don't trust this one bit. Should this crisis suddenly end with a "miraculous last-minute fix", before things get really critical, suspect a staging of events to see how far we can be pushed.

Trust no one.

But that's just me.
So you don't believe your eyes and ears, it's a conspiracy.

US air carriers reduced flights by 75%. 20 International airlines cancelled all flights.

US auto insurers issued partial rebates of premiums due to the profound reduction of commuting and domestic travel in 2020.

The 2020 Stimulus subsidized airline losses and jobs. The first Stimulus gave airlines $60 billion. Without it, it was likely no US carrier would have survived unless nationalized.

Colonial is a privately- held corporation. Koch Industries is the single largest shareholder.

Why should public money be spent to protect a private for profit business.

The tax code already substantially favors filers with children.

Willful ignorance is what's on steroids these days.

Gas prices are a dynamic commodity that are very sensitive to world events. They go up, they do down, and often do so completely out of the president's control. However to imply as you are that 89 cents was representative of gas prices during Trump is, well, very lovecrowds of you.

Exactly.
Couldn't rep you again, yet.

Where's the proof that Russia did this? Am I missing something?
There are a number of hacker groups out of eastern europe, which is not necessarily Russia or government sanctioned.

In my earlier link I posted to the wiki list of major attacks and the one like occurred here have been COMMON and there are dozens if not hundreds of smaller attacks....it's a criminal cash grab.

There is a reasonable chance that this was not a government attack but just ransomware hackers doing what they do and have been doing for a very long time. Generally related to organized crime and thus ties to the local police etc.
