Those on the left, and left leaners, have made if us vs them...just look at the ignored by the left riots over the past year for proof.
I get what you are trying to say about the demonstrations against police violence. Some of them turned into ugly riots.
I have never approved of riots, not ever, although I can appreciate the frustration that leads to rioting. I can also say that I have personally not witnessed a riot, but I saw peaceful demonstrations in the town right next to mine with no incidents of violence. It is also very clear to me that these were not political actions nor rallies, they were public protests anyone could join.
I also know that none of them were ever launched with an intention to topple our government. It seems the goal was to draw attention to and change policing tactics. They got our attention.
So attempting to compare the demonstrations against police violence with the great disgrace of the January 6th insurrection is a false equivalency.

Now back to the subject of this thread ...
As long as they didn't block traffic, get into peoples faces, burn loot and murder then they were may have been peaceful.
What was "launched with the intention to topple our government"?
Did the riots outside of the capitol happen first, or, did the riots happen after, and because of, the capitol cops blasted the peaceful protesters, men women and children, with stun grenades and exploding flash grenades - simply because they were peacefully standing there?
Tell your pals that. They seem to love talking about Trump more than they do about their failed draft dodging pedo Biden*...but then, Biden* hasn't done squat to talk about either.(almost 50 years worth of nothing to talk about, yee haw, right?)
So was biden, you know who had asthma, while being on the football team and a lifeguard. Or where you not aware of this? And to take it further, biden was given 5 exemptions, vs. trumps 4 and biden was also given a status of (paraphrased) only to be drafted in case of a national emergency.
