You really have FDR below Andrew Johnson? I've never seen historians rate FDR lower than 3rd.
Jimmy Carter was one of the most honest Presidents and Nixon was one of the most dishonest. Both are firmly in the 3rd quartile with the edge to Carter. It is too early for anyone to rank Biden.
I am a history buff, not a historian. FDR was definitely a Holocaust-enabler. From symbolic actions such as returning the refugees on the St. Louis to likely death to allowing the State Department to accept far fewer refugees than the quotas allowed, to allowing the State Department to administer the "likely to be a public charge" ground for denial of entry of Jewish refugees, FDR showed his anti-Jewish colors. He and Goebbels would have enjoyed each other's' company.
Based on Gallup approval ratings, Biden is squarely in the middle of the past 14 Presidents. Worst is Trump, at 41% approval. Biden, who's most recent score by Gallup was 54%, is ahead of Truman, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, GW Bush and Obama.

Not "will be". He already is.
He's only been in office for the last 5 months. But even if he does nothing more than he already has, and spun out the remainder of his term giving innocuous speeches and with no crises to face, he would still go down in history as THE worst President. Abruptly throwing open the border and trying to camouflage it as "the border is still locked", singlehandedly causing ruinous inflation for the purpose of paying voters, kowtowing to Russia's Putin to open up a pipeline for him even as the choked off domestic drilling and cut off a domestic pipeline. Going in five months from a world that respected and feared us (the only kind of "respect" a nation can show another) to a world in which most nations laugh at us even as they accept our alms.
If he had taken four years to do all these things, he would still be the worst President on record. But he managed them in just 5 months.
That's an astounding record. Though not a record any nation would ever want - except our enemies.
Biden is already the worst president and it's only been not even a year. Trump was the best ever and we miss him. This country misses him so much. Now we got wackadoodles.
the jury is still out, hard to consider him the worst, maybe the least effective President would be more appropriate. He hasn't gotten one piece of regular legislation passed since taking office. Most of his nominated appointees have not been approved. He's spinning his wheels. He can't even get an agreement on fixing a bridge. He's a big talker though for his legion of willing dupes.

He is definitely heading in the direction to be the worst.
Just wondering what your feelings are on this. So far, Biden is proving to be pretty terrible. He hass failed to live up to even the lowest of expectations placed on him. The economy has become more dysfunctional in the short time he has been in office. Violence and crime is off the charts. Antisemitism and violence towards Asians has been a daily occurrence in democrat controlled cities, and Biden has failed to stop it. He has insulted various races by claiming they are too stupid to figure out how to use a computer and the internet. He even said the N word live on TV.
What a trainwreck of a disaster this administration is proving to be... Even the propaganda outlets are having a hard time propping up this circus of an administration.
Trump will always have 1st place.
