It's a class action lawsuit for 1st amendment rights for many people. I heard the tobacco company's lawyers will be their lawyers. I hear they stand a good chance. They are saying Facebook, Twitter and Google are publishers and publishers can be sued. Trump gave a news conference Wed. morning.
If Trump wins what a stick it to Twitter and Facebook and a big promotion for him.
Someone has to take on social media and the free speech abuses they institute. Open and free platforms is what allowed them to flourish while enjoying protection from litigation. Social media then changed their mission from open, to controlled... they in affect have pooped in their mess kits.
The anti social media control has bipartisan support... so law suits will open the flood gates.
