I cant speak to the entire Hispanic or Mexican community but when my brother was an officer in our small, rural town inundated with illegal's to work for its main employer a Tyson chicken plant he noted that it was not uncommon (as he had gone to several calls) for underage girls, even as young as 12, to be having sex with adult men with their parent or guardian's knowledge and consent.

What your links clearly demonstrate is that there is plenty of pedos out there who want to have sex with young girls and boys. That creates a market with supply and demand. The demand already overwhelmingly exists. The current border crisis creates a massive supply of children that can be sold into that illegal sex slave market. If the pedo can afford it, they can now be the proud owner of multiple child sex slaves that are completely unattached with no parents around to bother with. They were either sold by their parents or kidnapped -- in both cases somewhere in Latin America. Anyone currently looking for them is thousands of miles away in a foreign country.

I was reading some articles that stated it is very common in some Mexican states for girls very young, 12, 14. As I stated earlier child marriage in Mexico was banned in 2014 but persists. Its believed the numbers have not decreased though legal marriage my have.
In the United States, in 1880 the age of consent was 10 years old in most states.
Do tell how it is economics and explain how what was law in 1880 is relevant to what is law in 2021.
