The Supreme Court isn't going to be swayed by a southern state. It will remain that females have choices in how to manage the decision to this medical procedure.
I can't imagine the courts would intercede if a man said- I'd like a vascetomy and the courts said, too bad!
Both involve a decision held by the person to modify or deter .
Its MY Dream that the decision remains protected and upheld.
As in homosexual marriage America is in for a shocker........
Men are out of the loop when it comes to abortion decisions..........
As been pointed out to you numerous times. A fetus in the womb is far different than a fully realized born person
Not to mention there is no right to free rent unless you are a child or a prisoner. Nor is there any right to a boss who is supportive of your career advancement.

I'm a fully grown person, when do I get the right to a boss who is supportive of my career advancement? That's something they should add to the Constitution.
An abortion is most definitely the answer to not incurring the costs of raising a child, as well as avoiding the impact that child might have on educational/career opportunities which significantly impact your future economic wellbeing.
My mistake should have indicated moving it from 23 weeks to 15 to eliminate a few percent of abortions that occur after that point. To answer your question yes we are dealing in stupid to file a court case over a few percent that occur after that point.
So answer the substance of the question, Mississippi filed suit after 50 years to change the playing field but you think it was absurd to challenge the law. Do you realize how many other laws are pending in other states, should they just roll over. According to you RvW would not be overruled if any of these laws were challenged, are the skies always blue in your world.
Thanks for pointing out that I said nothing about "economic convenience" even if you don't understand what you are saying.
