If Roe is overturned as MS has requested, it will be illegal for most women.
Nope. Had the pro-abortion idiots not sued MS, abortion would still have been legal for the over 92% of women who seek abortion prior to the 15th week.
I've seen statistics that vary tremendously regarding elective abortions at late term. States report and record data differently, and may have different definitions of what late-term abortion is.
Ranges for elective late-term abortions are from 30% to 80% of all late-term abortions. Which is why I did not include a percent initially because stating a percent with 100% confidence cannot be done because the data isn't there.
Instead I stated that YES there ARE ELECTIVE LATE-TERM ABORTIONS. [Caps for those in the back row.]
But yes, ELECTIVE later-term abortions are performed where perfectly healthy mothers have perfectly healthy babies killed.
That is a fact.
Really not the issue but it deserves more details as to the reasoning, maybe you have a credible link to back that up. I can't imagine anyone would carry for 8 months and then decide to terminate without reason. Still that is not the issue, most are done for very good reasons but you posted the exception.
