I never said you have to support all unwanted kids. I was critical of people who claim to be pro life, except they don't want to provide any support whatsoever to a new mother who needs help. The anti-abortion cabal is perfectly fine with women losing their jobs, their insurance, their homes, etc after having a child they can't afford. That attitude is not pro-life at all, it's just anti-abortion.

No, abortion is killing another's human life because the pregnant woman was too irresponsible to prevent pregnancy in the first place. It's pretty much the same as CHOOSING to drive drunk and then consequently killing someone else in a resultant vehicle accident.

Then butt out of the discussion. It's none of your business, as you've already stated numerous times.

So how does that not apply to anything else? For example, someone can't pay their rent and they make the private, personal decision to kill their landlord to avoid paying rent. How can they be prosecuted for doing so since that would be violating their privacy?

Fetal homicide laws have already set the legal precedent that an unborn child is a separate human life, so this is a direct comparison. Human life = human life.

Your ovaries? Don't let your ovaries/eggs get unwantedly fertilized and we won't have a need for this discussion.

Once again you only show part of a post to rail against. Just to be sure others know what you were replying to, here is my original post.

Abortion is NOT fetal homicide.

Maybe that is what YOU WANT the law to say, but that is NOT the law. If you want a law changed, go lobby your state or federal congressional representatives.

Until the law is changed, you are wrong.

And as I've stated, that's blatantly unconstitutional. Either ANYONE can kill an unborn child, or no one can. Can't have it both ways.

No. Fetal homicide laws make an exception for abortion.

Only in your mind are they the same. You have been advised to lobby Congress if you want that changed.
