Yes, they have made a mockery out of themselves.

A court that cannot even enforce it's own law is worthless.

Why didn't you respond to the relevant post, then? You responded to a post solely about States' Rights with "9th Amendment." That's a total non sequitur.

Women know very well how to control their own reproduction.

Next cut and paste? Lets get them out of the way.

You seem to be unaware of the fact that SCOTUS has reversed itself over 300 times due to the unconstitutionality of prior SCOTUS rulings. Plessy being reversed by Brown v. Board of Ed is one of the most outstanding examples.

Clearly, they don't. 95% of unintended pregnancies are due exactly to their deliberate failure to control their own reproduction.

Yes, it's a perfect example of why the power to deny fundamental rights cannot be left to the whims of the states.

Women are not required to control their reproduction according to your rules.

Not surprising the constitution was written when women had little to no rights.

I support Roe vs. Wade as well as planned parenthood. In fact if they had express drive through Plan B bill lines that would be best. Hand them out like tic tacs to anyone questioning parenthood or in poor areas that cannot afford children.
