Well, people will hate me for saying this, but if anything, Biden is just showing us what people with brains figured out long ago. That Afghanistan was never going to be a Westernized region of the Middle East, and that no matter how long we were there, it would have ended up exactly like it did once we leave.

And we never should have been there to begin with. This is all on the Bush family and all their corporate buddies because there were countries that were becoming wealthier than the USA, and also taking care of their people with the profits of the rich without it being a full on social utopia.

I still find it fascinating that many of these top Middle Eastern countries can reward the citizens with no income taxes as well as good schools, healthcare and transportation without taxing the crap out of them or the businesses. Most of the money is taken from the profits of the oil or tourist industries or through luxury taxes on things like exotic cars and alcohol. And oh, taxing the crap out of foreign investors and immigrants. Too bad the USA doesn't adopt this approach, but that's why these wars exist.

What the footage, they aren't screaming it.

Shouldn't be surprised. This is the same culture/religion that flipped on the US/west after we helped them get the old Soviet Union out. That same culture allows them to wait a lifetime to acheive their goals. The movement never died and never will. You can attempt to try and manage or reduce the players but the game will always exist.

I would've done things slower and kept a smaller tactical presence. But the whole thing was botched 20 years ago because it was Afghanistan that should've had a full scale invasion not Iraq. Had the oppurtunity to that without question for a year or two after 9/11 but that window closed and opened for Iraq.

Why is it that Biden has to take a sledgehammer to every policy that Trump proposed or put in place, regardless whether it was a good plan that was working?

Whether it's Trump's agreement with Mexico to hold illegal border crosser on their side of the border, or construction of the wall, or the Doha agreement with the Taliban and Afghanistan government, and his May 1st withdrawal. Biden is incompetent and he's a wrecking ball.
This was Trumps plan...he set the whole thing in motion...Biden screwed it up but this is what Trump negotiated.

On September 12, 2001, there should have been a huge mushroom cloud over Kabul. On September 13, 2001, another one over the Kyber Pass.

Problem solved.

Bottom line, Biden owns this mess more than any one.
It Sure Looks Like Joe Biden Sabotaged the Afghan Air Force

This revelation follows a disturbing pattern that has arisen within Biden’s withdrawal strategy. It appears that no care whatsoever was given to ensuring the Afghanis could — or were even allowed to — maintain the logistics needed to operate after US forces left. A military can have all the men they want, but without proper logistics and leadership, including the ongoing maintenance of equipment, things will always collapse. That’s what appears to have happened here.

The question is why? Why would the Biden administration want to bar foreign contractors from maintaining the Afghan Air Force, thereby keeping them mission ready? None of this makes sense, and there needs to be a major investigation into what went into these terrible decisions. Will there be, though? Who the heck knows.

I saw military experts on these cable channels pointing out that the air force was not simply bombing the Taliban army's approaches to these towns. Well, they didn't have any planes. Now the Taliban has all the planes, yee-haw.

It's just EVERTHING!!! Biden just had to destroy anything Trump did. He doesn't think, doesn't care, he's just so inept and he's always wrong on foreign policy. And yet he is arrogant, full of hubris and he gets away with it because our news media has been faithfully running cover for him on everything from the economy, inflation, COVID, immigration, etc... and the media refuses to report truthfully about how horrible Biden's policies have been

Have her take off the hijab and see how friendly they are. Anyone want to take bets on if they would sexually assault her before the stones are thrown?
